More than twenty-five years of office management experience with industry leaders has given me the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities, meet deadlines and develop strong relationships with reputable vendors to complete assignments on time and within budget.
During my career with a national home builder I developed a team of vendors to complete seven expansions and remodels within the same 35,000 square foot building; one expansion into an adjacent building, adding an additional 8,500 square feet; downsizing and subleasing of an affiliate office; and eventual downsizing and liquidation of the main office in Roseville. In addition, I was responsible for organizing four destination incentive trips for 200-250 people; day trips for 150 employees to reward them for receiving JD Power Award of Distinction five years in a row; holiday parties and company picnics.
While working for a national self-storage company, I was responsible for setting up a new Division office and coordinated off-site Retreats for 20 people in Lake Tahoe, San Francisco Bay Area, Bodega Bay and Napa, as well as Holiday Parties for 150 people.
